You might feel like you are being selfish or unproductive while engaging in leisurely activities – but actually you are doing the opposite!

When you do what makes you happy, whether it’s a one time event (going shopping) or a life choice (working your dream job) – you optimize the positive impact you have on the world.

Obviously by engaging in more activities that you enjoy – you’ll become a happier person. The happier you are, the kinder you become towards other people.
